On the calendar: March 26 through April 2 - Hamptons Restaurant Week - Vacationing celebs and barhopping visitors often overshadow The Hamptons’ standout restaurant scene. But for one week before high season hits, it’s prime time to discover more than 40 top spots, like Della Femina, Nick & Toni’s, Alison, and JLX Bistro –all of which are offering three-course prix fixe dinner menus for only $20.
