Established by the Sullivan brothers, Southampton Ales & Lagers is the retail product bottling company associated with Southampton Publick House Brewery. Brewmaster Phil Markowski, a respected veteran East Coast Brewmaster from Connecticut, produces 10 bottled brews which feature an eclectic range of traditional British, German, American, and Belgian styles. In just a few years Southampton Ales & Lagers have earned a solid regional, national and international recognition for their high quality and uniqueness.

Southampton Ales & Lagers world crafted brews are sold in beverage stores, gourmet markets and retail food locations throughout the northeast. The flagship brew, Southampton Secret Ale, was released in 12 oz. bottles in the fall of 2004. Additional 12 oz. bottles include the Southampton IPA and the Southampton Double White Ale. Seasonal favorites bottled in 22 oz. bottles include Imperial Porter, Southampton Triple and Pumpkin Ale. The 750 series of artisanal ales, which are produced in limited seasonal batches, include Abbot 12, Grand Cru, Saison and Biere de Garde.
