Send a housewarming gift to Steve Haweeli, who just closed on a building for a Riverhead outpost of his WordHampton Public Relations. And give him credit for single-handedly turning Suffolk’s county seat into a melting pot. "You’ve got an Irish Lebanese guy with a building in Polish Town that’s going to be run by a black woman," he said, referring to the neighborhood and Aurrice Duke, who will manage the office. Said Haweeli: "We are banking that Riverhead is going to rock within five years."
