Long Island Spirits is Long Island's first craft distillery and the first distillery since the 1800s. The scenic barn is located in the heart of Long Island’s renowned wine growing region on the front portion of an 80-acre potato farm on the idyllic North Fork. The distillery is creating a new, ultra premium vodka called LiV™ (rhymes with 5). Long Island Spirits is focused on pushing the envelope of craft distilling to create the best tasting, smoothest vodka possible. For each batch of LiV™Vodka, they will use only the highest quality ingredients, including the celebrated Long Island potato, thus making it the only vodka that is actually made "on" Long Island. Handmade in their own custom crafted copper stills, each batch will be carefully tasted to ensure its exceptional quality and flavor. It is through this slow and exacting process that they will be able to produce the remarkable character of LiV™ Vodka.
