Chef Matthew Ross has created a contemporary American menu with a focus on local seafood, meat and produce. Appetizer selections include: watermelon and feta salad with frisee, hearts of palm and black pepper; Seared Hudson Valley foie gras, fresh cherry compote, basil and vanilla essence; and crispy oysters with American caviar remoulade and sunflower sports. Entrée selections include: scuba dived sea scallops with white truffle gnocchi, spring peas and parma ham; Montauk lobster with roasted fingerling potatoes, corn sauté and drawn butter; Long Island duck with Yukon gold potato hash, spinach and rhubarb essence; and 16oz dry aged strip steak, potato gratin, roasted garlic, French green beans and crispy onions. Dessert menu selections include: walnut cranberry brown butter tart with mascarpone ice cream and layered chocolate raspberry mousse torte with espresso ice cream.

East Hampton Point Restaurant has a beautiful outdoor deck that serves a more casual menu with sandwiches, salads and selections for kids. There is also a sunset prix fixe dinner available every night from 5-6 p.m. Live music is played outside every Sunday evening with drink specials. East Hampton Point is also open year round for special events.
